The mill is set in 1.5 acres of rugged grounds, home to much wild-life and a meandering stream, its the perfect place to relax and unwind.

The lounge is steeped in beautiful Gower stone, with Welsh style fireplace & beamed ceiling. The walls are decorated with beautiful views of Rhossilli bay, just a 10 minute walk down the road. With two comfy sofas and two large arm chairs laid with cushions and throws, it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. Cuddle up and read a book in front of the fire, or gather around the coffee table to play a board game. The smart TV allows you to sign in to all your usual TV apps such as Netflix, Disney plus, Sky or PrimeTV or find some games to play on the PS4.
If the kids are watching TV or playing games in the lounge, you can sit & drink your favourite tipple in peace, in the original mill area or listen to some music through the Sonos speaker. With beautiful Gower stone walls and beamed ceilings this area is perfect for a coffee during the day or a glass of wine in the evening. With the wine cooler near by, it is the perfect place to enjoy a few drinks if you don’t fancy the short walk to the local Pub.

Step into the fabulously sized master bedroom which is beautifully laid with solid oak floors. The room boasts a super king sized bed and a grande ensuite with Albion Torre Duo, deep and sumptuous, freestanding bath and double Shower, large heated towel rail and granite work tops. The bedroom has 2 sash windows and a large patio door which look out over the stream and the garden. You can often spot birds, rabbits and even occasionally kingfishers through the glass patio doors!
The Second Bedroom is a generously sized family room & ensuite with solid oak floors and beautiful exposed Gower stone walls. The sash windows boast fabulous views of neighbouring fields, sand dunes & spectacular sunsets; and don’t be surprised if you see some horses or sheep casually walking down the road!
Bedroom Three features an eye-catching spacious airy open-plan room filled with light from four Vellux windows. It boasts solid oak floor and lovingly exposed Gower stone walls. It’s the perfect place to relax and listen to your favourite music through the Sonos speakers!
All rooms feature newly fitted award winning Hypnos beds with “feel like down” hypo-allergenic duvets and pillows with sumptuous cushions, throws and blankets.
Eating & Dining
The kitchen is a light and airy space, kitted out with high spec professional cooking equipment. There is a huge range of appliances including gas and induction hobs, Teppan Yaki hotplate, steam and conventional ovens, warming drawer and boiling hot tap to mention a few. You have everything you need to rustle up a delicious meal for the whole family.
The large table and TV makes this the perfect space to enjoy family meals, play board games or have a quite moment of peace. Alternatively, open the bi-fold doors and enjoy Al Fresco dining on the patio!
Grounds
Lower Mill is set in 1.5 acres of beautiful rugged grounds home to local wildlife. Relax in the higher garden watching the sun set over the dunes or take a stroll in the lower garden following the stream. It is the perfect place to connect with nature, listen to the gurgling stream, meditate, and relax and unwind.

Children are very welcome at Lower Mill. We have a high chair, travel cot and stair gate available on request. Please be aware that there is a stream and pond within the grounds and the fence at the back of the house is low so children do need to be supervised in the grounds.
dogs
Dogs are very welcome at Lower Mill. We have a dog bed & bowls. Please let us know if you do want to bring dogs. There will be a small additional cleaning charge for dogs.
